This annual workshop in Paul Rolland's pedagogy will take place at the Urbana
-Champaign campus of the University of Illinois where Paul Rolland developed his ground-breaking scientifically based research into string teaching and produced his book and films "The Teaching of Action in String Playing". Several of Paul Rolland's students will give participants in-depth training in his pedagogy. The DVD of his film series "The Teaching of Action in String Playing" will be used.
