1) The least expensive commercial site is Wet Mtn. RV Park & Cabins which is located directly across the 
street from the Custer County School and 1/2 mile from the AAW building where classes will be held.  Historically a 
good percentage of our students stay here.  It has 23 developed sites with water, hookups, electricity, dump.  There also 
tent sites which includes use of the bath house) a laundry room and showers, and three sleeping cabins, two with a full and a twin bed, microwave and fridge; one with 2 sets of bunk

Westcliffe has a supermarket about 100 yards from the AAW building where classes are held.   If you plan on buying and preparing food, this is the place to go, although you might also like to visit the thriving farmer’s market midweek on Main Street between the school and the supermarket.  The area comes alive in summertime with visiting tourists, and there is no shortage of restaurants.  Here’s a list.  Our apologies if we forgot any of them, if there’s a brand new restaurant that we didn’t know about, or if the listed restaurant has closed or changed owners, management or format).
